We least expected to be accomodated in such comfortably clean and spacious hotels throughout our tour.Breakfast at all the hotels were very satisfactory, except at Prince V, which was a disappointment.
Also most if not all, of the restaurants where we have meals, were surprisingly to our taste. The best was a Chinese restaurant, where rice was serve first, instead of towards the end. I can’t remember the name of the restaurant, but it is the best of them all. No complain about the food whatsoever.
You have done a good job giving us value for our money spent. Thank you once again.
Comments on your tour guides:
Mr Son is too business inclined without doubt he is a good tour guide well versed and knowledgeable.
Mr Nguyen dang Hao is courteous, polite and humble and a likable person, also knowledgeable.
Miss Yen is obliging, punctual and knowledgeable too, however her English needs some polishing.
Anyway overall the whole trip was very satisfying, interesting, value for money, and sincere thanks to you for a good job done.
I will not hesitate to recommend your Company to my friends and other Malaysians, who intend to visit Vietnam

We arrived back in KUL last SAT and I am now in ATL in US on a biz trip, My family is still in KUL till 11DEC.
This is to let you know that we had a very good holiday in your country and we will always remember, among other things, 2 main things from the trip – Halong Bay and our tour guide Miss An.
Halong Bay was really great and having the whole Junk boat to ourselves provided us with the privacy and makes the whole trip an even better one. The food provided was exellent too especially the one in Sens on the last day.
Miss An also played an important part of our tour. Her English is very good and this allowed her to communicate well with me and my family especially my 2 boys who is very much Australian, She has a very good sense of humour and ensured that the long drives in the vans is fun and enjoyable. Her knowledge of the many tour visits is very good too. More inportantly she is very experience and ensure she did not intrude into our privacy even tho she has to be with us throughout the tour. She also has good assessment of what we like or dislike and made minor changes to the tour to meet with our needs and what we wanted to do.
Miss An is a great asset to your team and we would highly recommend her to your future clients.
We will also highly recommend your company to our friends who may visit your country in the future.

Footsteps Travel Agency FANTASTIC
We are currently in Hanoi and used FOOTSTEPS Travel Agency for our cultural village tour today.
They were fantastic!! Ms. Nguyen My Hoang from the Footsteps Travel Agency took care of our special request to visit 4 different cultural/traditional villages in one day….she did a great job! From the moment we started emailing her about 3 months ago till the moment we arrived in Hanoi she met all of our requests very promptly.
She even came down to our hotel the day we arrived to confirm the tour package and pick up the payment. The tour guide and driver were great with my husband, me and my two kids.
The guide provided good information about Hanoi/Vietnam and patiently answered all the questions that we had. We visited the Dong Ky Carpentry Village, Bat Trang Pottery Village, Dong Ho Folk Painting Village and Van Phuc Silk Village. The kids (aged 11 and 9 yrs old) found all the villages very informative and interactive. Kudos FOOTSTEPS TRAVEL!!
