Tra Que is a small village located 3km north of Hoi An’s Old Town. Its location is between De Vong River and Tra Que alga pond. Thanks to the special condition of rich soil and water, the village has long been known for growing many kinds of vegetables: lettuce, salad, houttuynia, flagrant knoutwed, basil and coriander vegetables etc, with which the traditional specialities of Hoi An have gained part of their fame. The village is named after the sweet scented vegetables that spice up the everyday meals of the Hoi An people.

Local Tour guide pick up at the hotel by bicycle or car, takes you to visit the suburbs of Hoi An town ,then rice by bicycle to Tra Que village.
At the “Tra Que Flavour”, you are welcomed with a special local soft drink –“É”water .Next dressed in traditional clothing, we take a short walk with you host to learn about the history and culture of Tra Que.
Finishing the famer tour , you return to the house to enjoy a relaxing foot herbal massage
You learn to cook local delicacies including: Banh Xeo,”Tam Huu” spring roll and “Tra Que” spring roll. The local chef will teach you cooking techniques for approximately 2 hours. After that , enjoy some of the food you just learn how to make
After having a lunch, we take a 30 minutes rest break. Afterwards, local fisherman will take you to visit the fish pond, lagoon & De Vong area. Here you become a real fisherman by learning how to fish, spread nets, catch crabs and other traditional Vietnamese fishing skill This concludes the tour : your guide will take you back to your hotel
