The most famous places in the central of Vietnam are combined in this tour with visits to Hoi An town and My Son Sanctuary. Hoi An Ancient town offers to the travelers a wonderful glimpse of the traditional Viet Nam. Beautifully situated on the lush green valley, there are dozens of red brick towers and sanctuaries dating from between the 7 th and 13 th centuries, in the afternoon, visit Hoi An’s colorful local market, Tan ky old house, Assembly halls of the Chinese influence.

Discover Tra Que, the gardeners’ village has 200 owners and 500 farmers, cultivating 20 sorts of vegetables and herbs like mint, salad, basil, coriander, broccoli and others, on more than 50 hectares of ground. They sell 10 tons of vegetables each year.
Known in Central Vietnam, vegetables are cultivated with care, the market gardeners only use natural fertilizer, including a kind of alga harvested every morning.
In Tra Que, you will be warmly welcomed at Mr. Minh’s house, from a family of three generations. He will give you a welcome drink : his famous « basil juice ».
After that, enjoy a walk in the village to meet the locals cultivating the earth. You will learn everything you need to know about Tra Que’s history, the vegetables growing methods, the use of medicinal plants and the Vietnamese material medical. Friendly moment for sure !
You will participate in the gardening activities like the fertilization of the ground with the algae of the river in company with the gardeners. Who said gardening wasn’t fun ?
Back to Mr. Minh’s house, take advantage of a relaxation time thank’s to a foot massage with medicinal herbs, a traditional therapy practice, very enjoyable.
Your feet will be in a tepid bath with lemongrass and leafs of lemon tree, that will delight your sense of smell.
Then you will prepare the lunch with the Minh Family. On the menu : crunchy pancakes, nems from Hoi An, Tam Huu dish, grilled fish in a leaf of banana tree… It’s delicious !
And finally, to finish this beautiful day, you will have the chance to chill in the shade of a mango tree, before going back to Hoi An.
Then the trip goes on to Hoi An.
You will discover the sanctuary of Fujian, consecrated to the goddess Thien Hau, protector of the fishermen and sailors, the Phuc Thanh pagoda, the oldest pagoda in Hoi An (1454) founded by a Chinese monk, and the Japanese Bridge built in 1593 which links two districts of the city (Cam Pho and Minh Huong).
You will also visit the Chinese Communal House Phuoc Kien, built in 1792 and consecrated to the goddess Thien Hau, the traditional house Tan Ky of which the architecture preserves the ancient decoration, proving the prosperity of the merchants in Hoi An, a hundred years ago.

Spend the half-day admiring the capital and religious center of the ancient Cham kingdom.
My Son, 60 kilometers southwest from Hoi An, is located in a luxuriant valley, where you will discover a dozen of brick towers and sanctuaries from 7th to 13th centuries.
Back to Hoi An, you will have lunch in a local restaurant.
Then you’ll drive to the village Cam Thanh to see water coconut trees at the edge of the Thu Bon River. You will get on board of “thung chai”, basket boats (2 persons per boat).
The fishermen will teach you their work.
After that, you’ll get on board of a boat for a cruise on the Thu Bon River to the city center of Hoi An. You will see fishing nets, observe the sunset on the river and discover the everyday life of the fishermen.
Free time to enjoy the beach, stroll in the lovely city, visit the art galleries or the silk shops looking for souvenirs, or ride to the Cua Dai beach, situated 5 kilometers from the center.
