Itinerary

Day 1Hanoi- Laocai

The trip begins with overnight train journey from Hanoi to the border town of Laocai. Sleep aboard the train in 4-person soft berth deluxe comfort with Air-conditioner. Overnight on the train

Day 2Laocai-Sapa (B,L,D)

Upon arrival at Lao Cai station you will be welcome by our tour guide and then transfer up to the town of Sapa. After a hearty breakfast in one of our local restaurant, take a morning walk to Sapa Central Market where you can find all local ethnic minority’s arts and crafts and then to Catcat Village to visit Black Hmong people. Back to Sapa town for lunch and enjoy the rest of the day to explore this exotic region. Tonight, our tour guide will escort you to one of the local restaurant for an authentic Vietnamese diner. Day 3Laocai-Sapa Biking to Laochai-Tavan-Ban Ho (B,L,D)

Today, we have an entire day to enjoy the natural wonders of Sapa, and learn more about the varied cultures of the region’s hill tribe people. Firstly, we start our ride down hill from Sapa to Muong Hoa valley to visit the Black H’Mong tribe people, and then continue our ride along water buffalo trails to Ta Van to meet the local Dzay people and enjoy the most beautiful valley in the North of Vietnam.

There will be plenty of photo opportunities and stops along the way for a cup of tea or refreshment, visit some tribes families to see how they live and learn their tradition & culture.

Afterward, we hop back on our bike for another ride of about 16km on rocky road down the valley to Ban Ho. We will stop at one of the lovely house built on stilt of the Tay people for lunch, and enjoy a walk around the village to the Lavie waterfall for a breath taking view & a swim if weather permitted. In the afternoon, our driver will take us back to Laocai where we will have the day use room for shower then diner before boarding the overnight train back to Hanoi. Overnight on the train.

Day 4Hanoi Arrival

You will be arriving in Hanoi at around 5 AM in the morning; this is where your Sapa Biking tour ends.
